With a rapidly growing Holiday Park customer base, the software professionals – founded by industry and technology specialists, Jamaine Campbell, Jack Vernon, and Nicola Campbell in November 2015 – have quadrupled their team since launching the first product four years ago.
The recent recruitment drive reinforces Elite Dynamics’ desire to remain market leaders within the industry. The specialists work with Holiday Parks to modernise their overall management by providing a solution that streamlines processes, improves efficiency and increases productivity.
Joining the team in the last few months are Robert McCoy, Sadia Farhan, Kimberley Russell, Nathan Williams and Natalie Fryer who between them bring a wealth of experience in IT, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, software development, marketing communications, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Holiday Parks industry.
Jamaine Campbell, co-founder and Commercial Director of Elite Dynamics, said: “We’re excited to see how much further we can grow the company with the added experience that Robert, Sadia, Kimberley, Nathan and Natalie will bring.
“The Holiday Parks industry in general has typically lagged behind the hotel sector in making the best use of technology to run a successful operation. In the main part, this has been down to the somewhat limited choice of systems available to the industry and the limited functionality they offer. When we launched Elite Dynamics in November 2015, we wanted to revolutionise and transform the Holiday Parks industry into one worthy in every way of its £5.3 billion contribution to the UK economy. A revolution doesn’t happen overnight but we’re proud of our success so far and confident about staying at the forefront of technological advances.”
In the last 12 months, Elite Dynamics has grown its suite of products to include new EliteCRM and EliteFinance options. Both products can be taken as standalone options to integrate with an operators existing park management solution if businesses are interested in a softer introduction to the Elite range and its functionality. A new EliteParks mobile Owners App was also launched in late summer to strengthen communication between holiday parks and their owners.
“We’ve also given our branding a bit of a refresh to reflect our new range and to ensure all products are instantly recognisable as belonging to the Elite Dynamics family”, added Jamaine. “The new look is modern, bright and bold, which we think sums up who we are!”
More than 100 Holiday Parks in the UK and North America are now using Elite Dynamics software, which remains the only provider in the industry to be officially accredited by and powered by Microsoft Dynamics technology.
