Jamaine has spent over 20 years working within, and providing IT solutions to the park industry. With a solution oriented mindset, the EliteParks software solution was created to support the needs of the industry and fully integrate across all areas of a modern park operation. He has overseen over 50 holiday park system installations in the UK and Canada and is the driving force behind Elite Dynamics.

Nicola Campbell

Customer Services Director

Nicola has over 10 years of experience working within the UK park industry. Nicola manages customer services; provides support to all Elite Dynamics customers; and liaises directly with users and management teams, offering guidance on how best to utilise and develop their system.

Jack Vernon

Head of Technical

Jack is an experienced developer and has spent over 10 years working as a technical consultant within the park industry. Having achieved a 1st in his Computer Science Master’s Degree at Hull University, he has a wealth of specialist knowledge and know-how; and takes responsibility for all things technical at Elite Dynamics. From developments, updates and coding to collaborating with our affiliates and official partners – Jack is a hands-on technical leader with a proven record in software engineering and delivery.

Andrew Blackie

Commercial Manager

Having worked in the Holiday and Leisure Park industry for over 20 years, Andrew has vast experience of the operational requirements of any busy park operation. An experienced General Manager of a successful multi-park business, he has a sound understanding of park management systems, and the practical experience to match. Andrew is a trained consultant to support our customers across the full Elite Dynamics product range and is MB-900 and PL-200 certified for his knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform applications, and the cloud computing model.

Harriet Pagan

Head of Marketing

Harriet joined the Elite Dynamics’ marketing team in October 2020. Since graduating from her B.A (Hons) in International Business in 2013, Harriet has decided to dedicate her marketing career to the travel & tourism industry. Harriet also holds a CIM Level 6 Professional Marketing Diploma and has previously worked for two of the largest UK travel brands in the UK.
At Elite she is responsible for a range of activity, including customer loyalty and retention; as well as providing support with our Elite partner programme, events management, and video content strategy.

Nicolette Campbell

Head of People & Business Transformation

Nicolette has extensive experience in both the private and public sector. Previously, she has assisted with change management projects including; system implementation, restructuring and culture within finance, regeneration and community investment teams.
A strong advocate that people are a company’s greatest asset, joining Elite in October 2020, Nicolette is now heading up the internal people and digital transformation projects for future technological changes in the holiday park industry.

Katie Ivey

Head of Finance

Katie joined Elite Dynamics in 2017, starting out as a consultant implementing EliteParks. Now, Katie is our Head of Finance, managing the day-to-day running of the finance department. Katie supports the leadership team with financial reports, finds new ways to streamline our processes, and as an Elite ambassador arranges our annual team meet ups and other social engagements. With 15 years of finance experience, 12 of which in holiday parks industry, Katie has a wealth of knowledge she brings to the business every day.

Joan Dewaele

Head of Operations

Joan joined Elite Dynamics in 2024 bringing over 35 years of senior management experience in information technology operations, project management, and customer service across a variety of industries such as technology, manufacturing, facilities management, healthcare, and higher education. Joan possesses extensive expertise in ERP implementation, accumulating 25 years of hands-on experience. Joan’s global perspective, derived from extensive work experience in North America and the UK, positions her as a dynamic leader poised to drive operational excellence at Elite Dynamics.

Partnership with Softera

Elite Dynamics partners with Softera, an experienced Microsoft Partner who specialise in the implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central and development of its add-ons. From their long list of solutions, Elite Dynamics will be integrating their BankFeed app into their solution suite.

BankFeed is an app built into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. It connects to over 2300 banks and payment platforms in Europe, automatically imports bank statements to Business Central, and accurately reconciles payments with invoices.

The Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards recognise Microsoft partners that have developed and delivered outstanding Microsoft-based applications, services, and devices over the past 12 months. Launch of EliteUtilities

Elite Dynamics announced the launch of an additional solution to their software suite, EliteUtilities. Specifically designed for parks and marinas, EliteUtilities uses SMART electricity, gas & water metering technology to help streamline the whole utility management process.

Relaunch of EliteOwners

Elite Dynamics relaunches their EliteParks Owners Mobile App with a fresh new design, enhanced functionality and a new name - EliteOwners. EliteOwners as a minor solution can be implemented retrospectively to EliteParks and EliteMarinas, helping to improve owner management on not just parks, but on marinas too.

After Microsoft’s move away from partners having gold or silver accreditation, Elite Dynamics achieved the new Microsoft partner recognition. In order to achieve this Elite Dynamics had to commit to training and accreditation, along with demonstrating their broad capability and expertise to deliver solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform, that lead to customer success.

Elite Dynamics were recipients of two prestigious ‘Highly Commended’ awards at the 2022 Prolific North Tech Awards in Manchester on Thursday 27th October. The annual awards showcase the incredible innovation of the North’s thriving tech sector and recognise the achievements of companies, teams and individuals working across the region, contributing to its growth.

Elite received a Highly Commended Award for ‘Small Tech Company of the Year’, plus Managing Director Jamaine Campbell was recognised as Highly Commended in the penultimate award of the evening – ‘Tech Entrepreneur of the Year’.

Elite Dynamics adds another solution – EliteMarinas - to its Microsoft Dynamics 365 based core software suite. Similar to EliteParks, EliteMarinas is built solely on Business Central 365 but is designed specifically to support marinas with their processes and operations to improve business performance.

Elite Dynamics were joined by nearly 70 of their customers, sponsors and guest speakers who travelled from all over the UK to meet at the Radisson Blu Manchester Airport Hotel for their 2022 Customers Day. The event was a huge success, with a day full of speakers and networking.

Play it Green was created to provide a simple and cost-effective way for people, businesses, schools and sports clubs to take the next step to a more sustainable future.

Elite Dynamics wants to do more to help fight climate change and protect the environment, and by partnering with Play it Green, they are able to encourage our staff and customers to counterbalance their carbon footprint by having the option to pay a small fee that will plant a tree in return.

EliteParks validated by Microsoft for their AppSource

Elite Dynamics were able to take the next step to market EliteParks on the Microsoft AppSource as a result of moving to a SaaS (Software as a Solution) model in early 2021. By having the EliteParks solution available via the SaaS model, our park operator customers have full access to software on demand via a cloud-based system without having to worry about any extra burden of infrastructure or hardware costs. It also means our customers on the SaaS model benefit from instant access to the very latest Microsoft updates and subscriptions available.

Elite Dynamics marked their fifth year anniversary with the biggest technical advancement of their Elite Dynamics software to date by moving to a SaaS (Software as a Service) model.

Elite Dynamics expanded its Microsoft Dynamics 365 powered software suite with the launch of a brand new solution aimed specifically at caravan and holiday home manufacturers. EliteManufacturers offers advanced management tools designed to optimise business processes and enhance relationships with customers for any holiday home manufacturing business.

New partnership agreed with ClickLearn

In a rapid developing digital world, the need for quality and varied learning material and documentation has never been more important. Elite Dynamics have partnered with ClickLearn to develop a unique online training platform for its customers. A series of online training programmes will be available in various formats and auto-translated as required for overseas Elite product users. Launching 2021.

Covid-19 recovery campaign

Following the COVID-19 lockdown announcement in March 2020, EliteDynamics were quick to launch a series of campaigns in support of the park industry and demonstrate continued commitment to the industry during the pandemic. Despite holiday parks being closed and staff on furlough, Elite Dynamics continued to provide support to it’s customers to adopt new ways of working with the tools available to them.

Owners app launch

Elite Dynamics launched a brand-new EliteParks owners app to strengthen communication between holiday park operators and their holiday home owners.

EliteParks web-based platform launched

Upgrades to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central earlier in the year enabled EliteParks to move over to a web-based platform, removing the need for software installations and ensuring maximum flexibility and a modern user interface. The removal of any reliance on software installation also brought a higher level of flexibility for system users, enabling them to access the system from any device in any location so long as they have internet access and connectivity.

Hoseasons integration

Unit to unit shared availability between Hoseasons and EliteParks customers now offers an integrated one-stop solution that can automatically share availability as well as maintaining price parity with Hoseasons via optional dynamic pricing.

Upgrade from Dynamics NAV to Dynamics 365 Business Central

Our advanced park management software is built in the latest Microsoft technologies and, in March 2019, the platform upgraded from Dynamics NAV to Dynamics 365 Business Central. This change meant that Elite customers still get the same rich functionality, but now have the full flexibility to deploy their system in the cloud or on-premises with Microsoft Business Central.

Launch of EliteCRM and EliteFinance

EliteDynamics grew its suite of products and launched EliteCRM for Customer Relationship Management; and EliteFinance – an all-in-one business management application to help parks manage cash-flow more efficiently.

Pitchup.com integration

Elite Dynamics now offers API bookings integration between EliteParks and Pitchup.com to maximise third party booking opportunities, simplify the management of multiple systems centrally, and increase the bookings management efficiency.

Certified for Microsoft Dynamics 365

Elite Dynamics were awarded with the ‘Certified for Microsoft Dynamics’ accreditation status, making them the only park software provider officially endorsed by Microsoft. The award reflects a huge amount of work and ongoing development of the product, through feedback from respected park operators and successful partnerships.

2017

Park Holidays UK

Elite Dynamics welcomed the expanding East Sussex-based holiday park operator, Park Holidays UK (PHUK), to the Elite Community as their largest customer.

2016

New Customers

2016 was a very successful year for Elite Dynamics as several new customers came onboard. EliteDynamics’ flagship solution EliteParks proved quite popular as a number of holiday park operators adopted the solution across their parks. These parks include, Jackdaw Leisure Management, Park Leisure and Shorefield Holidays.

December 2015

Great Blue Resorts

Elite Dynamics signed their first customer. Contracts with Canadian based holiday park operator Great Blue Resorts were secured. Great Blue Resorts is a collection of eight holiday destinations across Ontario. They selected the EliteParks solution to replace their non-integrated operational and finance systems, to create a complete park management solution that could help drive the business forward.

The beginning of Elite Dynamics

With the knowledge and expertise gained from working within the park industry, Elite Dynamics began trading in November 2015. Jamaine Campbell, Jack Vernon and Nicola Campbell combined their strong specialist knowledge of IT and industry know-how to develop and deliver an industry focused business solution based on Microsoft technology, using Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Our chosen charity

At Elite Dynamics we are committed to in-house fundraising for worthy causes, this is a core component in our corporate social responsibility plans.

Our chosen charity is Disabled Living – a UK based charity which puts disadvantaged adults and children at the heart of the work they do.

Disabled Living provides impartial information and advice about products, equipment (assistive technology) and services for disabled individuals, their families and carers. They also work closely with the commercial sector to showcase equipment designed for those with disabilities and additional needs.
