Great Blue Resorts

Contracts with Canadian based Holiday Park operator Great Blue Resorts were secured. Great Blue Resorts is a collection of eight holiday destinations across Ontario. They selected the EliteParks product to replace the non-integrated operational and finance systems, to create a complete park management solution that could help drive the business forward.

Jackdaw Leisure Management

Elite Dynamics partnered with Jackdaw Leisure Management services in 2016 to integrate EliteParks software to support their comprehensive leisure business management service. Jackdaw Leisure is highly experienced in park management and, to date, have managed 20 different holiday parks.

Park Leisure 2000 Ltd

Park Leisure became an EliteParks customer to centralise operations across their 10 holiday home parks throughout the UK. Park Leisure wanted to match their first-class service with a park management software solution that would deliver the same high standards for both its staff and customers.

Shorefield Holidays

Shorefield Holidays operates six holiday and leisure parks in the UK, each based in an enviable location on the stunning South Coast. They were using eight separate versions of SAGE across their company with different back office challenges, and needed to centralise financial operations to improve efficiency.

Park Holidays UK

Park Holidays UK are the largest holiday park operator along the South Coast of England. They rolled out the EliteParks fully integrated solution in June 2017 across all of their parks. Moving from another industry recognised system, which was integrated with SAGE, EliteParks eradicated the need for multiple management systems, and its scalability granted Park Holidays UK the flexibility to grow their business.

Lakeland Leisure Estates

Windermere based Lakeland Leisure Estates made the decision to invest in the EliteParks solution. The initial role out was at the recently acquired Roydon Marina Village and leisure complex, at its 56-acre development in Essex. Lakeland Leisure Estates owns a portfolio of leisure complexes, including five marinas and a number of caravan holiday parks in the Yorkshire Dales and the Costa del Sol.

Laver Leisure Holiday Parks initially approached us in 2017 and have been watching the development of our solutions ever since. Their existing park management system has become outdated and they need a scalable system that will future proof their business and the 13 parks they operate in the UK.  They are taking their business into the Cloud with our SaaS model, and future strengthening the EliteParks management platform with our EliteParks Owners app, EliteCRM, and additional document output and capture functionality.

Fantasy Island is located in Ingoldmells on the sunny East Coast of Lincolnshire close to Skegness and being just a stone’s throw from the beach, Fantasy Island is the ultimate destination for the whole family. – Voted ‘Best Holiday Park 2019’ at the Lincolnshire Tourism Excellence Awards. Fantasy Island contacted us in October 2020 to discuss their needs for a non-restrictive, flexible and efficient park management system and exchanged contracts soon after.

Wood Leisure took home 2 awards at the 2019 Scottish Outdoor Leisure Awards, with Deeside Holiday Park taking home Best Holiday Park, and Campsie Glen Holiday Park winning Best Value Accommodation.

Established in the 1960’s, this family run business operates eleven owner and holiday caravan parks in the area between Great Yarmouth in Norfolk, The New Forest in Hampshire and Peacehaven in East Sussex. whilst searching for a simple and friendly park management solution that would improve financial accounting processes, they became an Elite customer in April 2021.
