We are a team of consultants, developers, and project managers with situational experience and a passion to drive digital transformation across all industry sectors.
Formed in 2015, our founders had a vision of creating a service for the industry without the burdening limitations of currently available solutions.

Managing Director
Jamaine is a co-founder of Elite Dynamics UK and has spent 25+ years working within, and providing IT solutions to, the Holiday Park industry. With a solution orientated mindset, the EliteParks software solution was created to support the needs of the industry and fully integrate across all areas of a modern park operation. He has overseen over 50 holiday park system installations on parks in the UK and Canada and is the driving force behind the latest Elite Dynamics brand.
Business Development Executive
Interim Head of Marketing
Harriet joined the Elite Dynamics’ marketing team in October 2020. Since graduating from her B.A (Hons) in International Business in 2013, Harriet has decided to dedicate her marketing career to the travel & tourism industry. Harriet also holds a CIM Level 6 Professional Marketing Diploma and has previously worked for two of the largest UK travel brands in the UK.
At Elite she is responsible for a range of activity, including customer loyalty and retention; as well as providing support with our Elite partner programme, events management, and video content strategy.
PR Consultant
Julie has worked closely with the Elite Dynamics Marketing and Leadership team since 2019. An experienced communications professional, Julie has spent the last 20 years working in the public relations industry with a demonstrated history in travel, tourism, and the holiday park sector. She has also previously headed up the PR for one of the UK’s leading tourist destinations.
Julie supports the Elite Marketing team with media relations, corporate communications, PR campaigns, and copywriting, and regularly interviews our growing customer base and strategic partners to create attention-grabbing case studies.
Creative Marketing Executive
Edwin joined the Elite team in 2022 with a background in graphic design, illustration and marketing for B2C industries. Edwin is the one looking at the finer details in our digital and print designs, and supporting the marketing team by keeping our websites up to date. It’s not all about screens for Edwin – he enjoys brewing his own beer, fixing up his house with some DIY and occasionally having a coffee break at a local café. Edwin has been impressed with the innovative and professional culture of Elite Dynamics and is proud to be part of the team.
Head of People & Business Transformation
Nicolette has extensive experience in both the private and public sector. Previously, she has assisted with change management projects including; system implementation, restructuring and culture within finance, regeneration and community investment teams.
A strong advocate that people are a company’s greatest asset, joining Elite in October 2020, Nicolette is now heading up the internal people and digital transformation projects for future technological changes in the Holiday Park industry.
Head of Finance
Katie joined Elite Dynamics in 2017, starting out as a consultant implementing EliteParks. Now, Katie is our Head of Finance, managing the day-to-day running of the finance department. Katie supports the leadership team with financial reports, finds new ways to streamline our processes, and as an Elite ambassador arranges our annual team meet ups and other social engagements. With 15 years of finance experience, 12 of which in holiday parks industry, Katie has a wealth of knowledge she brings to the business every day.
Internal Finance Consultant
Joan joined Elite Dynamics in 2016 and brought with her 30 years of financial management experience, 9 of those spent within holiday parks. Joan provides consultancy on both EliteParks and Business Central Finance with her industry, finance and software experience.
Accounts Assistant
Sue joined the Elite team in 2022 as Accounts assistant to support our head of finance in the day to day running of the finance department. Sue brings with her 10 years of banking experience and 16+ years of finance experience gained in a manufacturing company. At the weekend Sue can usually be found in a garden center with her husband more often than not having lunch. She also enjoys walking her dogs or loosing herself in a really good book.
Commercial Manager
Having worked in the Holiday and Leisure Park industry for over 20 years, Andrew has vast experience of the operational requirements of any busy park operation. An experienced General Manager of a successful multi-park business, he has a sound understanding of park management systems, and the practical experience to match. Andrew is a trained consultant to support our customers across the full Elite Dynamics product range and is MB-900 and PL-200 certified for his knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform applications, and the cloud computing model.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Lead Consultant
Customer Engagement Consultant Luke helps our EliteCRM customers with everything from onboarding all the way up to CRM projects after going live. Constantly inspired by the work ethic of his colleagues, Luke goes the extra mile for our customers every time. Outside of work, ice-cream loving Luke enjoys hiking with his family and exploring new places. If you ever run into him on the hills, say hi from us.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultant
Lauryn joined Elite Dynamics with 3 years experience in Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, along with years of customer relationship building experience. As our Customer Engagement Consultant, Lauryn provides CRM solutions to new and existing customers, supporting and building lasting relationships. Lauryn enjoys a chilled night in just as much as she enjoys risk taking activities including gorge scrambling, canoeing and mountain climbing. As part of the Elite Dynamics team, Lauryn likes the family feel of the team and the challenge her role presents.
Data Specialist
Chris brings a vast range of skills and expertise to the team as a qualified accountant and from his career-wide involvement in systems implementation, training design and delivery. He has 11.5 years’ experience working in Microsoft Business Central and in the Holiday Park industry at one of Elite Dynamic’s largest customers.
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant, his main areas of responsibilities include developing Elite Dynamic’s cutting edge online training platform and analytics product.
Learning Content Designer
With 13 years experience in customer facing and support roles, Georgie joined us as Learning and Content Designer. Responsible for creating engaging and training content for both our customers and internal team, Georgie makes learning fun. In her down time, Georgie enjoys PC gaming with her partner and friends as well as singing & playing piano. At Elite Dynamics, Georgie feels valued as an individual alongside her colleagues and loves how supportive the team are.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Manager
Eira joined Elite Dynamics in 2020 to centralise the management and support for Elite’s project delivery teams. Bringing with her experience at one of the UK’s fastest growing travel brands and holiday park operators and over 17 years of Microsoft Dynamics NAV she knows her way around our technology, and having worked across various holiday park departments she knows all too well how our software solutions can bring positive change to business.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Lead Consultant
Alastair joined Elite Dynamics in 2021, having been previously worked for one of our customers. He has worked in the holiday park industry for many years, having vast and varied roles throughout his career. With Alastair’s experience as a System Manager, he is able to apply his knowledge of software and systems to how it can benefit and increase productivity, in each department within a holiday park business.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Lead Consultant
Elite Dynamics Lead Consultant Lisa joined us in 2022 with over 10 years hospitality experience. Self-proclaimed chatterbox, Lisa uses her talents for good, supporting our customers wherever they need it. Keeping things consistent across the board, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and finding quirky places to eat and drink. Not only that but she loves travelling, keen on taking a ‘cheeky wee city break’ wherever possible. For Lisa, her favourite thing about working in the Elite team is the passion her colleagues share.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Application Consultant
Becky Roberts joined the Elite team in the summer of 2022. Supporting our customers and assisting in projects and rollouts, Becky brings 26 years of holiday park experience to the table every day. When the weekend rolls around, Becky makes sure to get as many steps in as she can but prefers if those steps lead towards a nice coffee and a nicer cake. Other than that, Becky enjoys trying out new restaurants with her better half and relaxing with yoga or a good book.
Customer Services Director
Nicola co-founded Elite Dynamics with Jack and Jamaine in 2015, bringing with her over 10 years of experience working within the UK Holiday Park industry. Nicola manages customer services; provides support to all Elite Dynamics customers; and liaises directly with park users and management teams, offering guidance on how best to utilise and develop their system.
Account Manager
Georgia joined us with over eight years of experience in the holiday home and parks’ industry, having worked on parks as Holiday Services Manager and more recently as a Customer Support Agent for another industry software provider. Holiday parks are in her blood having grown up around family relatives, including her Mum, running holiday parks for over 28 years.
Georgia provides a crucial service within the business, supporting the Professional Services team to ensure clear channels of communication are kept between customers and projects and is responsible for the management of many customer accounts and service level agreements.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Lead Support Consultant
Nina joined Elite Dynamics in late 2021 as one of our MS Dynamics Support Consultants.
After leaving school at 16, Nina embarked on her career in the holiday park industry as an entertainer and a pool assistant, where she worked up to become a Holiday Sales Manager, and then a General Manager. Having had administrative and IT experience in a holiday park setting enables Nina to provide fantastic software support to our customers.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Consultant
With 12 years in IT and 3 in the Holiday Parks industry, Microsoft Dynamics 265 Support Consultant Rob supports both our customers and the wider team every step of the way. When Rob isn’t managing licencing internally or creating customers SaaS environments, he’s spending time with his wife and daughter or watching Star Trek and anime. Rob told us that he enjoys working with and supporting the Elite team, as much as he enjoys listening to music whilst working.
Customer Service Application Consultant
By the time Mark joined Elite Dynamics, he already had 6 years experience with EliteParks as one of our customers. Now embedded within the Elite team Mark implements EliteParks for our customers whilst training and supporting them wherever necessary. Techy Mark loves playing computer games and watching football. Since joining Elite Dynamics, he’s enjoyed the culture focus on being the best you can be in all areas of your life.
Head of Technical
Co-founder of Elite Dynamics, Jack is an experienced developer and has spent over ten years working as a technical consultant within the Holiday Park Industry. Having achieved a 1st in his Computer Science Master’s Degree at Hull University, he has a wealth of specialist knowledge and know-how; and takes responsibility for all things technical at Elite Dynamics. From developments, updates and coding to collaborating with our affiliates and official partners – Jack is a hands-on technical leader with a proven record in software engineering and delivery.
