Softera are an experienced Microsoft Partner who specialise in the implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central and development of its add-ons. From their long list of solutions, it is Bankfeed we shall be integrating into our solution suite.
Bankfeed is an app built into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. It connects to over 2300 banks and payment platforms in Europe, automatically imports bank statements to Business Central, and accurately reconciles payments with invoices.
The three main features of Bankfeed are:
- Bank Statement Import: Bankfeed connects to the businesses bank account(s) and automatically imports bank statements into Business Central. Multiple bank accounts can be connected simultaneously. This means that payments from all bank accounts can be viewed directly in Business Central eliminating the need to log into banks.
- Incoming Payment Recognition: Incoming payments are automatically recognised by Bankfeed using multiple indicators to precisely identify the customer, supplier and/or document.
- Reconciliation with Issued Invoices: Once incoming payments have been recognised they are matched to the relevant customer invoices. Bankfeed ensures that the amount received matches the invoice and that there are no discrepancies.
Through our partnership with Softera, our customers will be able to optimise their payment management processes by saving valuable hours and eliminating errors. This will enable them to invest less resources in mundane financial tasks.
