The award-winning EliteParks management software has been further developed to fully integrate with Hoseasons – the UK’s leading self-catering accommodation specialists, with more than 31,000 places to stay in coastal and countryside settings throughout Britain and Europe. In what is a first specifically for the holiday parks industry, EliteParks customers using this new platform can now offer unit to unit shared availability.
This means EliteParks customers have an integrated one-stop solution that can share availability as well as maintaining price parity with Hoseasons via optional dynamic pricing. In addition, the updated solution can automatically capture booking details including any additional requests or special requirements.
This integration between the two systems will not only save customers’ time, but also improve overall efficiency and minimise the risk of double bookings.
The first holiday park customer to take advantage of the most advanced management solution on the market is Landal Piperdam in Dundee in North East Scotland.

Elite Dynamics uses an Application Programming Interface (API) to connect its EliteParks system with Hoseasons, all with the aim of improving the customer journey.
