Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Consultant

RESPONSIBLE TO:  Customer Service Director

DIVISION:  Customer Services

Overall Responsibility:

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Consultant who will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer support queries, logged via telephone, email and through our on-line customer support system.
  • Proactively Investigating Support calls and managing them through to completion.
  • Liaise with other Elite Dynamics Professional Services team and 3rd party software providers e.g. QBS in the diagnosis and resolution of support issues.
  • Communicating with customers and 3rd Party suppliers.
  • Managing your Support calls.
  • Managing SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) and making sure they are no breached.
  • Providing KPI reports to the Customer Service Director.

What knowledge we require?

  • 2+ years Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Customer Engagement experience.
  • 2+ Years of working within the caravan and holiday homes sector.
  • Accountancy background (AAT Level 4 beneficial).
  • Experience with training.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer facing skills.
  • MS Office.
  • Power Platform, JET Reports and Continia Document Management (beneficial).
  • Degree educated (beneficial).

Personal Skills:

  • A professional attitude.

We are looking for a Microsoft software developer who will be responsible for:

  • Develop Solutions for Dynamics Business Central in C/AL and AL
  • Develop on the Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, PowerApps and PowerBI
  • Integration development via API’s
  • Design and develop bespoke solutions for customers and vertical products
  • Technical Upgrades
  • Work with Technical and Operations teams in the delivery of projects to support the business and its customers
  • Ensure best practice and processes are followed using approved processes, protecting our client’s investment in the Elite Dynamics suite of products.

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in developing Business Central (C/AL)

UK Digital Marketing Manager

RESPONSIBLE TO: Head of Marketing

Overall Responsibility:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results driven digital marketing specialist to join our team in the UK.  

    • Support the Head of Marketing in the delivery of sales-focused campaign activity to encourage business growth.  
    • Responsible for end-to-end digital marketing and online lead generation. 
    • Create, implement, and managing digital B2B marketing activity to enhance cross-channel marketing campaigns.  
    • Build a digital marketing strategy, applying proven methods to support lead generation, engagement, and conversion.  
    • Develop and manage digital advertising budgets. 
    • Support product promotional activity to maximise sales.  
    • Manage and maintain the company websites www.elitedynamics.co.uk and online customer portal https://www.community-elitedynamics.co.uk/login/  
    • Website content management.  
    • Website performance management analysis.

    • Support ongoing development and improvements to the company websites and liaise with the external web developer.  
    • Review and develop third party listings, link building and content to boost online exposure, website traffic and lead generation.  
    • Digital advertising – Plan and execute organic and paid digital advertising campaigns.  
    • Plan and develop an internal team intranet site to support the internal communications strategy.  
    • Write strong digital advertising copy for maximum engagement and oversee the production of high-quality content for online use, including blog posts, white papers, infographics, and video (including live).  
    • Support the team with the promotion and management of virtual events, in-person industry exhibitions and customer events. 
    • Liaise with the Senior Marketing executive to support the company social media strategy, activity plan and increase social engagement.  
    • Support the onboarding process for strategic and integration partners.  
    • Work alongside the Head of Marketing to research, plan and deliver a commercial Elite Dynamics partners programme with external partners and industry associates.  
    • Liaise with external agencies, write creative briefs and produce wireframes for website development.  
    • Identify new sales and marketing opportunities and commercial revenue streams 
    • Utilise data to improve digital marketing performance. Establish and own digital performance dashboards.  
    • Produce monthly reports for the Head of Marketing and Senior Leadership Team.  
    • Support and deputise for the CRM Campaigns Manager, as required.  
    • Support the Elite Dynamics customer onboarding process 
    • Conducting research and analysing data to identify new opportunities. 
    • Ensure best practice and processes are followed using approved processes, protecting our brand style, tone, and overall reputation. 
    • Act as a brand ambassador for the business.  
    • Provide administrative support. 

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or higher. 
  • 5+ years proven B2B digital marketing and advertising experience.
  • Minimum 1 year experience or a strong understanding of the UK Holiday Home & Parks’ Industry.

Content Marketing Executive

RESPONSIBLE TO:  Head of Marketing

DIVISION: Commercial (Marketing)

LOCATION & HOURS OF WORK:  The company has a policy of allowing its employees to work from home. UK travel will be required for training, events and periodically scheduled Company meetings.

You will normally work between 37 and 40 hours a week, 9:00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9:00am to 5:00pm on Fridays. Additional hours may be required to meet deadlines, which could include evenings and weekends.

Overall Responsibility:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results driven content specialist to join our team in the UK.  

    • Support the Marketing Manager in the delivery of projects which encourage business growth (acquisition) and customer loyalty (retention). 
    • Support the development of marketing campaigns to promote the Elite Dynamics product suite.  
    • Research, plan, create and distribute relevant content to support marketing activity.  
    • Utilise your writing style to develop and produce content that expands our company’s profile.  
    • Create marketing resources to drive leads, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include e-books, lead magnets, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates, etc.). 
    • Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature. 
    • Support the UK Digital Marketing Manager to develop and maintain content for our websites. 
    • Support the maintenance of the company website www.elitedynamics.co.uk and online customer portal https://www.community-elitedynamics.co.uk/login/   
    • Write and proof-read creatively strong copy for maximum engagement with target audiences.   
    • Create, improve and maintain content across all media and channels.  
    • Research, plan and create content for social media channel distribution.  
    • Manage all social media channels, including delivery and maintenance to increase brand awareness and engagement. 
    • Develop and expand our social community and influencer outreach, whilst building strong relationships across the industry. 
    • Manage social page likes, ensuring optimal results and engagement.  
    • Create monthly social media performance reports and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns. 
    • Work closely with the Head of Marketing and CRM Campaigns Manager to understand content requirements.  
    • Ensure content is optimised for SEO, as required.   
    • Work with the Head of Marketing to develop content for overseas markets.  
    • Support the organisation of events, trade exhibitions and customer events. 
    • Support the internal marketing communications strategy.  
    • Support the company-wide CRM strategy.  
    • Support and coordinate the production of a series of company/product specific videos and animated explainers as part of the overall content strategy.  
    • Support the Elite Dynamics customer onboarding process.  
    • Ensure best practice and processes are followed using approved processes, protecting our brand style, tone, and overall reputation.  
    • Provide administrative support for a variety of marketing programs. 
    • Provide support for the wider Marketing Team as and when required.  

Essential Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the UK Holiday Home & Parks’ Industry.   
  • Bachelor’s degree, or higher. 
  • Minimum 3 years content marketing experience.  
  • Excellent writing skills.  
  • Be able to make complex content clear and concise through strong copywriting and dynamic communication skills. 
  • Ability to build relationships, apply critical thinking and take the initiative to drive results. 
  • Proven ability to perform in fast-paced environments. 
  • Great attention to detail.  
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritise workloads. 
  • Driven, team-oriented, can-do attitude.  
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
