Working alongside the environmental specialists at Play It Green, we have developed an API (Application Programming Interface) that connects their software with our EliteParks solution. This lets us add more functionality, (i.e. some of Play It Green’s content and services) to EliteParks, to enhance our customer offering. In practice, the API enables EliteParks and Play It Green to exclusively work in conjunction with each other, so the sustainability message becomes an integral part of the customer journey; from having options to plant varying amounts of trees as part of the booking process, to marketing to customers with sustainability support, tips, and advice, to offering customers incentives to complete the journey and continue their sustainability efforts at home.
