The last few weeks have been unprecedented, and the situation is moving fast. As we continue the fight against the global COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to reassure all our customers on our current business status.
Here at Elite Dynamics UK, we understand the difficult challenges facing businesses during lockdown and would like to offer some support where we possibly can at this time of need. Following the latest government advice, and in order to protect both our own employees and the wider community; all customer facing training and software implementation will be where, practicable delivered remotely, until further notice.
Thankfully no suspected cases of COVID-19 have been reported within the Elite team and we are still operating at full capacity. Our experience of remote working and access to the latest tools and technology to allow this, means we don’t anticipate any impact on the Elite Dynamics UK service delivery, and our customer support line remains open Monday to Friday as normal.
We are also fully supporting the recommendations on social distancing and encourage as many people to do so too. The sooner we can get a hold on the situation, the sooner our industry can start to recover.
These are challenging and worrying times for us all and we must stand together, stay connected and support each other. The next few months are going to be a difficult and an uncertain time for many of us, but I want to assure you that Elite Dynamics remain committed to supporting our industry.
