They say customer is king, and whilst a great many other things are important to a business, we can all agree the customers are right up there. For us at Elite Dynamics, a new customer isn’t just another entry into our database, or a logo added to our website. No, it’s one large step closer to our mission to pioneer the digital transformation of the global Holiday Park industry.
With that in mind, we wanted to meet our customers face to face. To share our roadmap of new developments, answer their questions and raise a glass towards an exciting future for everyone involved. Fortunately, we were joined by nearly 70 of our customers, sponsors and guest speakers who travelled from all over the UK to meet at the Radisson Blu Manchester Airport Hotel.

All our guests were greeted by not only by coffee and pastries but a jam-packed itinerary that kept everyone engaged and entertained throughout the whole day. To kick things off, our team introduced all of our customers to the exciting new world of STICKY ®. A scannable sticker that hosted our programme, allowed attendees to rate sessions and request call-backs with ease. Swiftly followed by a business update from our MD Jamaine Campbell who provided a transparent dive into our vision and commitment to the Holiday Parks industry. With everyone fired up and inspired, we shared some exciting new information on the Microsoft Power Platform, the launch of our new business intelligence and reporting solution, EliteAnalytics and a heartfelt update from co-founder and Customer Service Director Nicola Campbell on how we’re going to deliver the highest level of service to our customers now and in the future.
We wouldn’t be doing our Customer Day justice if we didn’t talk about our incredible guest speakers and sponsors. First to grace the stage we had James Garner speaking from STICKY ® talking about, you guessed it, STICKY ®. Followed closely by Will McIntee of Companial and Chris Thair & Richard Dickson, co-founders of our sustainability partner Play it Green. Last but certainly not least, Robbie Davies and Ricky Dent of Landal GreenParks UK told us a little bit about what they’ve been up to. Of course, we can’t forget to also give a huge shout out to event sponsors Hoseasons and Continia who helped to make all this possible.

Naturally, our Customer Day was topped off with some incredible evening entertainment. During pre-dinner drinks we were joined by the wonderful magician Greg Chipman who wowed and delighted our guests and team alike. Following a superb dinner, we headed up to the 9th floor executive lounge to enjoy drinks and conversation together with a full view of Manchester Airport planes taking off and landing. Truly a magical end to a magical day.
