Three holiday park operators have gone live with new software solutions after committing to taking their businesses forward during lockdown.
Lyons Holiday Parks across Wales and in Cumbria, and two holiday park groups in County Down in Northern Ireland – Chestnutt Holiday Parks and Lifestyle Homes – have become the latest to join Elite Dynamics’ growing number of holiday park customers.
With strong ambitions to become the number one go-to provider of software solutions to the entire Holiday Park industry, Elite Dynamics hasn’t let lockdown slow it’s progress. Instead, the technology they implement – the only kind in the industry to be powered by Microsoft Dynamics – has been delivered to Lyons, Chestnutt, and Lifestyle Homes remotely, including all of the fully interactive online training and support.
Co-founder and Technical Director at Elite Dynamics, Jack Vernon, believes the last few months have brought technology to the front of people’s minds as everyone has had to adapt to a new way of working. He said: “Since the Covid-19 outbreak, technology has almost had a unique opportunity to shine. People are looking at both the short and long-term benefits that come from having quality software solutions in place; whether that’s overcoming initial social distancing obstacles for staff on holiday parks, to communicating clearly and regularly with customers to drive much-needed future sales.”
With enquiries coming from as far afield as Australia, Elite Dynamics has aspirations to move deeper into overseas markets. They already have holiday park customers in North America and the software can be installed, and training can be undertaken, from anywhere in the world.
“That’s the beauty of the software”, added Jack. “Yes, of course its great to meet people face to face and we all miss that at the moment, but it doesn’t have to hamper progress as Lyons, Chestnutt and Lifestyle Homes have all demonstrated.
