Elite Dynamics, a leading provider of software solutions to the Holiday Parks industry has thrown its support behind the industry as it approaches its traditionally quieter season.
The North West based technology company has rewarded each and every one of its 13 staff and their families with a short break to one of its customers’ UK holiday parks.
Staff names were drawn from a hat and paired with a holiday park during the company’s weekly Microsoft Teams meeting. Parks range from Coppergreens Landal Piperdam in the Angus countryside of Scotland and Coastfields Holiday Village in Lincolnshire, through to Habitat Escapes exclusive Lower Mill Estate in the Cotswolds.
Earlier this year, the British Holiday & Home Parks Association (BH&HPA), which represents more than 2,000 holiday parks, warned that the sector could potentially be facing ‘three winters in a row’ due to the impact of lockdown and the enforced closure of parks during the busier spring, Easter, and early summer period.

“It’s more important than ever that we work together to support one another through these difficult times.”
Jamaine Campbell, co-founder and Commercial Director at Elite Dynamics, said:
“We’ve made no secret of our passion and admiration for the holiday park industry – its why we chose to focus on developing software solutions specifically for this industry. But the extra resolve and determination we’ve witnessed over the last few months from our holiday park customers as they have continued to drive their businesses forward during challenging times has been inspirational. Likewise has been the response of the entire Elite Dynamics team who have shown resilience and stepped up and delivered on behalf of our new and existing holiday park customers.
“That’s why it made perfect sense to show our mutual appreciation by bringing the two of them together. If we can help in some small part to boost our holiday park customers’ recovery by paying for our staff to enjoy a well-earned break, then it’s a win win.”
Staff will have between now and the end of March 2021 to book and take their short break of 3 or 4 nights at their allocated holiday park or leisure resort.
