A leading provider of software solutions to the Holiday Park industry, has marked its fifth anniversary by undertaking the biggest technical advancement of their award-winning software to date.
Elite Dynamics, a Microsoft Gold partner, is preparing to transform the solutions offered to the Holiday Park industry by moving to a SaaS (Software as a Service) model from early 2021.
This means customers using their flagship EliteParks solution will not only benefit from immediate real-time Microsoft upgrades, ensuring they always have access to the very latest technology available, but they can also save money as the cost of infrastructure is removed.
Jamaine Campbell, Managing Director at Elite Dynamics, said: “The beauty of the SaaS model is that it’s much easier and less expensive for customers and potential customers as they won’t have any added cost for hardware. Currently, if they’re hosting on their own servers, they’ve got to buy the server and the licences, and manage everything on site from their own backups to firewalls and broadband. But now in SaaS, they can access the software on demand and don’t have to pay any additional infrastructure costs. You could potentially be talking about tens of thousands of pounds a year savings, which for smaller holiday parks could be a deal breaker.”
Since launching five years ago with a mission to modernise the Holiday Park industry through improving and continuously developing comprehensive software solutions, Elite Dynamics has grown from a founding team of three to an 17-strong team supplying more than 200 holiday park customers across five countries.
Additional benefits to customers in the coming months include the launch of a brand new wholly digitised training programme – Elite Academy – a first for the Holiday Park industry. As well as providing comprehensive online training for users of Elite Dynamics software solutions, holiday park companies will also be able to develop the platform specifically for their own ongoing internal training.
Jamaine continued: “Covid has really highlighted the importance of technology; from maintaining communication whilst working remotely to giving us the tools to hold our customers’ hands as they go live with our software solutions. EliteAcademy will be a natural progression from this whereby holiday park staff will receive professional training as and when they need it – a hugely valuable and cost-efficient resource in what is an industry of many seasonal workers.
“No other park software operator is offering anything like this to their customers so it will continue to set us apart from the competition as we drive our business forward.”
