The Engineer Management module in EliteBuilders enables manufacturers to allocate engineer workloads and have full visibility of this whilst empowering your engineers to complete jobs allocated, and to re-assign and upload photos.

By implementing this module, you can reduce the time spent on managing your engineers and empower them to take control of their jobs whilst on-site whether online or offline. Your engineers can access jobs on-site and complete jobs, re-allocate or upload photos where required from any device.

This allows us to walk through you processes and map them to the functionality of the solution, ensuring that the proposed solution will fit your business and deliver to your stated objectives.


Once step 4 is complete, we’ll produce a business proposal for you to review with your team which includes the commercials, the delivery scope, and high-level project plan. After contracts are signed, we’ll organise a project kick-off meeting where you will be formally handed over to the implementation team.
