After your discovery call, we’ll invite you to a demonstration of our proposed solution which meets your IT business requirements.


Once you’ve had your software demonstration and all your questions have been answered, we’ll work on an Indicative Price Illustration for you that shows a clear breakdown of all fees and resources included.


If you’re comfortable with the Indicative Price Illustration, we’ll visit your business and conduct a series of Business Process Analysis workshops with your team. This allows us to walk through you processes and map them to the functionality of the solution, ensuring that the proposed solution will fit your business and deliver to your stated objectives.


Once step 4 is complete, we’ll produce a business proposal for you to review with your team which includes the commercials, the delivery scope, and high-level project plan. After contracts are signed, we’ll organise a project kick-off meeting where you will be formally handed over to the implementation team.

How do you access EliteDealers?

You can log into EliteDealers at any time, on any device, from any location using your Office 365 credentials. All you will need is access to internet, although some modules of EliteDealers can be configured to work offline.

How do I raise a quote to a customer with multiple options from manufacturer?

We have built EliteDealers to handle multiple Model Options and extras that can be supplied with any Quote / Order. All you have to do is import the standard RRP prices for Models & Model Options and then you will be able to generate an accurate quote for your customer, including having the ability to add a preset discount or input manually.

Does EliteDealers handle used caravans?

Yes, EliteDealers can manage new from manufacturer and also used holiday homes. This can includes buy backs from parks or purchases from retail customers.

How does EliteDealers handle used caravan VAT?

We have followed the same calculations we use in our EliteParks solution (Business Central) which can handle margin scheme and exclude from margin scheme.

Can I print the Quote, Order & Invoice directly from EliteDealers?

Yes, embedded within the solution is the ability to create and export your own templates built in Microsoft Word. We also recommend a third party connector called Document Core Pack which allows you to send your documents for digital signature directly from within the record.
