Once you’ve had your software demonstration and all your questions have been answered, we’ll work on an Indicative Price Illustration for you that shows a clear breakdown of all fees and resources included.

If you’re comfortable with the Indicative Price Illustration, we’ll visit your business and conduct a series of Business Process Analysis workshops with your team. This allows us to walk through you processes and map them to the functionality of the solution, ensuring that the proposed solution will fit your business and deliver to your stated objectives.

Once step 4 is complete, we’ll produce a business proposal for you to review with your team which includes the commercials, the delivery scope, and high-level project plan. After contracts are signed, we’ll organise a project kick-off meeting where you will be formally handed over to the implementation team.

FAQ's

Can EliteManufacturers connect to our production system?

Yes, EliteManufacturers has two parts to the system. The first part is built within our EliteCRM area and allows you to manage sales and aftersales. This can also connect directly into Business Central manufacturing to give you a complete unified solution. If you already have a production system and not looking to move across the manufacturing side, we are able to provide you with many routes of integration weather one way or bi-directional. The most common connection used is SQL.

Does EliteManufacturers have a solution for Engineers?

Yes, as standard within our EliteManufacturers solution we have an engineer’s app which allows the team to manage the aftersales ticket on their mobile or tablet device. This can also be configured to work offline. If you have larger teams, we can also discuss the option for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service which allows for skill and resource planning on a larger scale.

Can our customers log into a portal to manage their account?

Yes, our EliteManufacturers solution can be configured to have a customer portal. The portal can allow your customers to manage their aftersales tickets, units, PDIs and account / park information. Additional licenses apply for portal addons.

Can we automate emails to our customers?

Yes, EliteManufacturers is built on the Dynamics 365 / Power Platform which allows you to have full control to setup fully automated customer journeys. Automation can be sent for a new ticket raised in the customer portal or simply to notify the park or even the end user that the holiday home has been despatched from factory.

Does EliteManufacturers integrate with Outlook?

Yes, EliteManufacturers is built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and will work seamlessly with all your commonly used Office 365 applications; such as Outlook, Word, Excel and OneNote. You can use Outlook with EliteManufacturers to track emails, arrange tasks and add appointments to a customer’s correspondence timeline; and integrate with SharePoint to share, store and manage internal documents.
