Analysis and reporting can be completed on any information captured on a membership, such as the number of members as a whole; the number of members on a specific membership type (e.g. gym/swimming); or the number of memberships on a membership item (e.g. Family pass/Single pass).

A membership can be suspended for a period of time, which will also automatically pause any relevant invoicing during that period. Invoicing can be configured monthly or annually, depending on the membership type; and the system will generate invoices automatically to reduce administration and maximise cash flow management.
