The “Deal Stacker” records details such as the unit, the plot, extras, finance company product information, buy-in or part-exchange information and even extends to recording deal documents to ensure that your business complies with any FCA regulations.
Throughout the “Deal Stacker” the salesperson can access an overview of the deal margin, taking into consideration other cost variables including siting & connection, and any margin funded extras. Taking owner deposits and sending deals for management authorisation are standard processing features.
