Two exclusive leisure resorts have gone live with new software solutions to support ongoing growth and increased demand for UK holidays.
Lower Mill Estate in the Cotswolds and Silverlake in Dorset, had the software implemented by industry specialists, Elite Dynamics. Both resorts are operated by Habitat Escapes, the exclusive holiday company of Habitat First Group.
Despite the challenges 2020 brought to the hospitality sector, the two businesses worked together to overhaul the systems making sure Habitat First Group were in the strongest possible position to start the new year – a year expected to see more people holidaying in the UK.
The new software systems will drastically cut down on paperwork, save time, and improve all-round processes and communication for resort teams; from cleaning and maintenance through to bookings and finance – all helping to ensure a 5-star holiday experience is always delivered to guests.
