Customer Day Summary Blog
Here at Elite Dynamics we recently hosted our annual customer day to help our customers get to know us a little bit better and give a bit of insight into what we do here and how the brand and software have grown in recent years, but ultimately to say thank you to everyone for their continued support and loyalty!
Not only was it a great chance for us to share the latest news and information about Elite Dynamics and our EliteParks software, but also an opportunity to explain our collaboration with third-party organisations and introduce some of our specialist partners to the clients they’ve been working with.
The event took place last month at Malmaison Birmingham with attendees from a number of representatives from the industry including many of our clients, such as Park Leisure, Leisure Resorts UK, Park Holidays UK Ltd, Park Holidays, London Executive Office and more.
As part of the event there were also presentations from a number of industry leaders such as Robert Pope of Microsoft, David Hooper of Equisys and our very own Jamaine Campbell, covering a range of topics such as cloud storage and security, software management applications, business analysis tools, financial management and much, much more.
As always it was a fantastic event and a great chance to catch up with our clients and friends in the industry and we had great feedback for the event.
Mark Fugett, from Shorefield Holidays, said: “It was a really well put together event, and a great way to bring the customers and supporting companies together to better understand the potential for Elite Dynamics and their products”.
We also ran a charity raffle on the day, raising £390 for our chosen charity, Disabled Living, who do great work with disadvantaged adults and children around the UK, with Laura Metcalf from Shorefield Holidays being the lucky winner of a £100 Selfridges voucher!
Ultimately, it’s our job to help improve park management and meet the needs of our customers in any way we can and even if we aren’t able to do that ourselves, we always want to help point people in the direction of a trusted partner who will be able to help, which is why it’s great to bring so many people from all sides of the industry together for an event such as this.
Overall it was a great occasion and we look forward to hopefully hosting more in the future.
In the meantime, if you’re interested in learning more about our EliteParks software and how it could benefit you and your park, feel free to drop us an email or request a demo.
