Over the next few months we’re going to introduce to the [growing] team we have here at Elite Dynamics. First up, our co-founder, Jamaine Campbell.
How long have you been working within the holiday park industry?
I’ve worked within the holiday park industry for 15 years now, so I’m confident I understand the challenges they face. The holiday park market in the UK is currently very strong but many still struggle with the technology side, meaning some are lagging behind because of the fear, or lack of knowledge, of how it can help. We want to change this!
Why did you set up Elite Dynamics?
In 2015, Jack, Nicola and myself decided it was time to create a software solution [EliteParks] that helped to resolve all the issues we knew holiday parks across the UK were having. One of the main issues being multiple pieces of software for different areas of the business that weren’t working well together.
We knew there were other pieces of software out there but we wanted to use our skills and expertise to not only create a fantastic business wide solution, but also something holiday parks feel confident using.
Where do you see the business in 5 year’s time?
We’re an ambitious company and the goal would be for EliteParks to be the number one holiday park software provider of choice in both the UK and abroad.
We’re confident we can achieve this and are working hard to bring more holiday parks on board, whilst also consistently developing the software so it meets the needs of the holiday park owners.
The difference with Elite Dynamics is that we work with the holiday parks to ensure they are getting the most out of our software. We become a strategic partner, working with them as their business develops and grows.
Finally Jamaine, Tea or Coffee when you’re in the office?
