Where are you from?
I am originally from Chester, but I have lived in York for the last 7 years.
What does your role at Elite Dynamics encompass?
My role involves working closely with Elite Dynamics customers on the implementation of our EliteParks system. I am also heavily involved in providing demonstrations, delivering interactive end-user training sessions, testing, and providing support to customers to take them LIVE.
A day at work usually includes training and knowledge transfer sessions, and working with customers to assist and advise on the best setup and processes to suit their business requirements. We work with customers closely to understand their professional requirements, and walk them through the systems features and functionality. There is no one size fits all in approach to the Consultation process, as each park operator works different and has varying goals. We listen, understand and advise them based on their desired objectives, and work with them to ensure they get the most out of our EliteParks platform.
What specialist knowledge do you bring to the Elite Team?
I am no stranger to the Holiday Park Industry, having worked at Park Leisure 2000 in their busy accounts department for five years. A fully qualified Accountant, with over 10 years experience – I enjoy sharing the benefits technology and the knowledge of proven processes that can be applied to a single or multi-park/location park operation. They have 11 parks across the UK, so I have lots of experience in a business that values fully integrated, quality, industry-specific software solutions and how it supports different departments across the business.
Having used Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central based systems, including EliteParks, for the last 7 years I bring practical, relatable experience to the Consultation process. EliteParks is built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform and with that you get a credible park management system, with a clear roadmap for future development and a future-proofed too for effective park management that integrates with other Microsoft business tools including Office 365.
I pride myself on having a solid understanding and true appreciation of the benefits of EliteParks from an operational perspective, which allows me to support customers with the transition to an effective ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). Customers really value my personal holiday park experience.
Why do you enjoy working at Elite Dynamics?
I genuinely enjoy getting to know our customers, assisting with the initial set up stage and data migration, providing support, testing the system and taking them live. Each day is quite varied really.

What do you enjoy about your job most?
It’s great to see how innovative a company like Elite Dynamics really are behind the scenes, and be a part of their journey to transform the holiday park industry, and bring positive changes to the way businesses work using our systems.
I love working with the EliteParks product. Having been an end user I can promote from first-hand experience the efficiencies that the system brings to a business. Our team of super talented developers are always strengthening the products functionality and adding new features, and I get a great sense of achievement working with customers that can see the real benefits from adopting our solution!
What’s your drink of choice in the office?
I try and stick to water, although I might be tempted by gin if it is a Friday ?

No way, I always have a holiday booked so keep the biscuits locked away.
