Over the last couple of months, we’ve been introducing some of the members of our rapidly growing team here at Elite Dynamics, and the latest person to come under the spotlight is Customer Service Director Nicola Campbell.
How long have you been working in the holiday park industry?
In total, I’ve got over a decade’s worth of experience in the holiday park industry here in the UK before I co-founded Elite Dynamics with Jamaine and Jack in 2015.
Having worked in the industry for so long, I really understand the issues facing park owners, which is why I was so keen to create a solution [EliteParks] which would bring together all the aspects of park management under one package, but that people would be comfortable using.
What does your role at Elite Dynamics encompass?
My role here at Elite Dynamics is dealing with everything on the customer services side of things.
This means that I’m usually the first port of call for any of our clients who have any questions or require any support.
I work directly with park users and management teams offering any guidance and help they might need on how to get the most out of their system.
Partial to the odd Rose wine! In the office though, a coffee with milk and two sugars.
