Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Support Consultant
Nina joined Elite Dynamics in late 2021 as one of our MS Dynamics Support Consultants.
After leaving school at 16, Nina embarked on her career in the holiday park industry as an entertainer and a pool assistant, where she worked up to become a Holiday Sales Manager, and then a General Manager for 4 years. Administrative and IT experience in a holiday park setting enables her to provide fantastic software support and knowledge transfer to our customers.

What is your role at Elite Dynamics, and what does it encompass?
My role as a Support Consultant is to provide our customers with information, knowledge, help and answer any questions or queries they may have. This enables our customers to gain a better understand of how the different features and functionality of Elite Dynamics’ solutions works.
What specialist knowledge do you bring to the Elite Team?
Coming from holiday park background, I understand and have empathy towards our customers’ challenges. I know how a holiday park operates, and understand how to prioritise support calls efficiently.
What strengths do you feel you bring to the Elite Dynamics team?
I am highly motivated with good communication skills. I work well as part of a team and customer services is one of my strengths.
What do you like most about Elite Dynamics as an employer?
It’s ethos. I love that Elite Dynamics has a “people person” culture.
Explain a typical day working for Elite Dynamics?
A typical day would be:
- Check the inbox with my morning cuppa.
- Catch up call with the team, and sometimes second line support.
- Update my customers as to the status of any support case and pass on any further information.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Check any training materials and update my knowledge.
- Lunch.
- Update customers and deal with any new support cases.
- Team catch-up call.
What do you enjoy about your job the most?
Being able to talk to different holiday parks businesses across the UK on a daily basis, from my home workstation!
What you enjoy doing when not at work?
Sewing, baking, crafting, spending time with my family and going on holiday!
What’s your drink of choice in the office?
Cuppa tea (milky) with 3 sweeteners.
Will you be having a biscuit to go with that drink?
Yes, a Custard Cream please!
