Microsoft have made changes to their partnership programme. From 2023, you’ll no longer see reference to partners having gold or silver accreditation, instead the new partner status is awarded by the achievement of factors, including performance, skilling, and customer success.

The Performance category measured our ability to increase the customer base, using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power platform products.
The Skilling category measured our capability and skills, based on the number of certified people within the team.
The Customer Success category measured our ability to enable growth in the use of Microsoft products, or in the expansion of Microsoft’s services and workloads utilised by customers.
The new qualifications achieved by our team of consultants will boost our services to customers.
