Elite Dynamics Customer Day attracts key holiday park industry guests

A number of key players in the holiday park industry, including park operators, manufacturers, and dealers, from all over the UK, will hear from industry and technology experts at Elite Dynamics’ Customer Day in Manchester later this month.

Elite Dynamics, which provides comprehensive IT business solutions to the holiday and residential park and marina industry, will welcome many of its customers, and prospective customers, to the event, which has leading self-catering accommodation specialists, Hoseasons, as headline sponsor. Taking place at the Radisson Blu Manchester Airport Hotel on Wednesday 24th April, attendees will firstly hear from Elite Dynamics CEO, Jamaine Campbell about the company’s exciting growth plans and future roadmap of the business.

An ambitious strategy, supported by a recent £5m investment from growth capital investors, BGF, will see the technology specialists triple in size and double its headcount over the next two years to continue its huge growth in the UK and overseas.

Throughout the day, the Elite Dynamics team will talk about Customer Service, Finance, AI developments, and will run through Elite’s growing suite of software solutions and product functionality.  Other speakers will include Luke Hansford, Hoseasons & Awaze Senior Vice President, who will discuss today’s holiday park rental landscape and what the next few years will hold for the industry.  Vivian Buttle, GB&I Regional Lead at Companial, the largest and fastest-growing network of Microsoft Partners, will share insight into what’s new and what to expect on the Microsoft Ecosystem roadmap, and which technologies to adopt. Kamil Karbowiak, MD at Data Courage, and Tejpal Ranshi, Consultant at Data Courage, will talk about how Elite Dynamics customers can benefit from ‘out of the box’ AI Solutions to provide AI Driven Insights.

An ‘Ask the Customer Panel’ will see Customer Services Director, Nicola Campbell, introduce some Elite customers ready to share their valuable advice, insight, and experience of Elite solutions in a special Q&A session. There will also be a motivational guest speaker who is guaranteed to wow the audience with their remarkable and inspiring life story, which embodies resilience, determination, and the power of self-belief.

To ensure the Customer Day is a climate positive event, Elite Dynamics has collaborated with sustainability partners, Play it Green, to offset guests’ travel to and from the event by planting trees on behalf of every attendee.

The 2024 Customer Day will culminate with a celebratory evening dinner and customer award ceremony highlighting those customers who have gone the extra mile with their software solutions.
