Key Holiday Park Industry Guests attend Elite Dynamics’ Customer Day

Key players in the UK holiday park industry got together at a special event held by leading software solutions provider, Elite Dynamics, in Manchester last week.

Elite Dynamics, which provides comprehensive IT business solutions to the holiday and residential park and marina industry, welcomed many of its customers, and prospective customers, to its biennial Customer Day – with leading self-catering accommodation specialists, Hoseasons, as headline sponsor.

The Customer Day marked an opportunity for Elite Dynamics to preview the future roadmap of the business over the next 12 months and showcase the many upcoming software developments that customers will be benefitting from. It was also a chance for Elite Dynamics to thank customers and partners for their ongoing support at a special evening dinner and inaugural customer award ceremony.

Since the last Customer Day in 2022, Elite Dynamics customers have already benefitted from over 200 new features plus the launch of bespoke solutions for the marina industry and the holiday park dealers and manufacturing industry.

Elite Dynamics CEO, Jamaine Campbell, shared information about the company’s ambitious growth strategy, which is supported by a recent £5m investment from growth capital investors, BGF. The funds will see the technology specialists triple in size and double headcount over the next two years to continue its huge growth in the UK and overseas.

Other speakers included Hoseasons & Awaze’s Luke Hansford, Senior Vice President – Supply, and Paul Shoebridge, Business Devlopment Director, who provided a market overview. The audience heard positive news about how consumer confidence has been rising steadily to reach the highest level since Q3 of 2021. They also discussed four key areas of opportunity for holiday parks and looked at consumer insights, key trends, and areas for potential growth.

Speaking about Elite’s work as a Microsoft Solutions Partner in the holiday park industry, Vivian Buttle, GB&I Regional Lead at Companial, the largest and fastest-growing network of Microsoft Partners, touched upon the huge growth already undertaken. She credited Elite Dynamics as one of Companial’s fastest growing partners, not only in the UK, but worldwide. She also revealed what’s new and what to expect on the Microsoft Ecosystem roadmap, and which technologies to adopt.

The Elite team used the Customer Day to launch two brand new supporting solutions, EliteInsights and EliteAI. Demonstrated respectively by Commercial Manager, Andrew Blackie and Technical Director, Jack Vernon, both solutions are set to be gamechangers to the industry and left the crowd buzzing with anticipation about their potential.

EliteAI – the buzzword of the day – takes tech, but with Elite’s industry knowledge, and uses AI. Continuing this theme, Kamil Karbowiak, MD at Data Courage, a pioneering AI-driven solutions company, demonstrated how Elite Dynamics customers’ can benefit from ‘out of the box’ AI Solutions to provide AI Driven Insights, and how they can find out more through a series of joint webinars.

The packed audience of holiday park and technology industry customers also heard from motivational speaker, Jim Phelan. In 2022, Jim underwent an intense 3,000-mile solo rowing adventure across the Atlantic Ocean. His epic adventure embodied resilience, determination, and the power of self-belief in the face of some gruelling conditions, and left the audience open-mouthed and awe-inspired.

An ‘Ask the Customer Panel’ featured Elite Dynamics customers’, Lance Wright from Lovat Holiday Parks, Harry Rix from Victory Leisure Homes, Stacey Hope from Verdant Leisure, and Nadia Romanelli-Thompson from Prestige Country Parks. Hosted by Customer Services Director, Nicola Campbell, the panel shared their valuable advice, insight, and experience of Elite solutions in a special interactive audience Q&A session.

A raffle of top prizes including short breaks and artisan gin and wine hampers donated by customers and partners, raised £800 for charity partner, Disabled Living.

To ensure the event was climate positive and offset guests’ travel , Play it Green, Elite Dynamics’s sustainability partner, collaborated with Elite to plant trees on behalf of every attendee.
