The “Deal Stacker” records details such as the unit, the plot, extras, Finance Company and product information, buy-in or part- exchange details and even extends to recording deal documents to ensure that the business complies with any FCA regulations. Throughout the “Deal Stacker” the salesperson has an overview of the deal margin taking into consideration other cost variables including siting & connection and any margin funded extras. Taking owner deposits and sending deals for management authorisation are standard features of the “Deal Stacker”.
